1. I don't accept item return

2. If you receive defective items please let me know and send me picture of the defect within 14 days since you received the item (I'm checking through the delivery status). I'll replace it with a new item. In case the item has been sold out, I'll fully refund the money

3. I will reject your request for replacement if you contact me after 14 days since you receive the item
